Privacy Policy

PuraMotus (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a project of VII Technologies, Corp. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the PuraMotus app and website, how we use it, and your rights under applicable United States privacy law.

1. Information We Collect

When you create and use a PuraMotus account, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a salted hash by our authentication provider; we never see or store your password in plain text).
• Health and fitness information: daily check-in data (sleep hours, sleep quality, energy level, optional free-text notes), any one-rep-max lifts you choose to enter, equipment you have access to, your desk-job/lifestyle setting, and your workout history (assigned workouts, sets/reps/weight prescriptions, and completion status).
• Inquiry information: if you submit a corporate wellness inquiry or request a paid service, we collect the information you provide in that form (e.g. name, work email, company, role, timeline).

We do not collect this information through advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies. The only cookie the app sets is a necessary session cookie used to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized daily workout based on your check-in.
• To maintain your account, streaks, rewards, and workout history.
• To follow up on service requests or corporate wellness inquiries you submit.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app.

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with trusted service providers solely to operate the app, including:

• Cloud hosting and database providers: store and secure your account and check-in data.
• AI workout-personalization providers: used to select and structure your daily workout. These providers receive only your de-identified check-in numbers (energy level, sleep hours/quality, free-text note, equipment on hand) and a list of candidate exercises, but never your name, email, or account identifiers.
• Email delivery providers: send transactional notifications to our team when you submit a service request or corporate inquiry.
• Scheduling providers.If you book a consult, you leave the PuraMotus app and interact directly with our scheduling partner. Any information you provide during booking is governed by that partner’s own privacy policy, not ours.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PuraMotus, our users, or others.

4. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to your account data in our database is restricted by row-level security policies, so your check-in and workout data is only accessible to your own authenticated account (and, where applicable, our team for support purposes).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, check-in history, workout history, streaks, rewards, and any uploaded photos. No customer service contact is required. For any other privacy request, contact us at admin@viitechnologies.pro. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and check-in data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the app’s features (e.g. streak history). If you request deletion, we will delete your personal information from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

PuraMotus is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of PuraMotus after a change means you accept the updated policy.
